Interesting!

This is very interesting to me seeing how during the summer months, flip flops are all I wear!

I knew about this personally. I have plantar fascitis. It is VERY painful, but I do it to myself every spring/summer b/c I refuse to wear shoes...only sandals and flip flops. My legs also ache for the whole summer, but like I said, I dispise shoes. If you get out of the bed in the morning and your heels feel like bruises when you walk, it is plantar fascitis. :)

I have had plantar fascitis in the past as well. Mine developed when I worked at the nursing home walking on concrete floors all the time, and then again when we lived in the apartment and have very little padding on a concrete floor...and I was moving, walking barefoot. It got SO painful. After a wedding, I could literally not walk it hurt so bad.

How it got better?? Stayed off my feet. AND...got me a pair of CROC flipflops....$30 worked way better than the VERY EXPENSIVE shoes that were suppose to fix it. Now, those flip flops are the only pair of shoes I wear unless it is my tennis shoes. Not very fashionable, but I am able to walk comfortably again.
